ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR CANCELATIONS.
This is due to our business model, where we operate with a closed site and one-time drop with no restocks.
If a package is sent back to us, the customer must pay for it to be shipped again.
If a product arrives damaged, our policy offers a 30-day replacement window. Customers must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide proof of damage in order to receive a replacement.
